After some glasses of wine tasting and tour at the Frog's Leap Winery, we proceed down to Vintner's Golf Club for a 9 hole game.
While warming up at the driving range, a local chatted with us, and knowing we are from Singapore, he asked, " O is it the country where it has a death penalty for drug trafficking/dealers and cane people who vandalise ?" "Yup" i reply and thought will he criticise our legal punishment being too extreme, as i remember there is a huge public outcry for the canning of the American guy who vandalise several cars in Singapore many years ago.
Surprisingly, he thinks highly of our strict enforcement and commented that he loves it. He even offered us that his wife who is in travelling business can help us get a good lodging place upon hearing that we have not find a place to stay yet for the night, and pass us his email and contact number. It's a pity we loss his email but we also decline his kind offer in helping us to find a lodging cause we do not even know where we will stop by at.
After finishing hitting the balls, we bid goodbye to him and went for the tee off.
