Presidio Golf Driving Range - San Francisco

As we spent an extra day over at Lake Tahoe due to the heavy heavy snow pour, (we had our second minor accident there though our wheels were tied with snow chains.), we decided not to travel further up to the North and give the Redwood National Park a miss but i was delighted to learn that there i have this opportunity to see or touch the tallest trees on earth at Muir Woods National Monument which is just 19 km north of San Francisco. It protects 2.24 km² of forested area populated by Coast Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens), one of the last remaining stands in the immediate San Francisco Bay Area.

After the awesome view at Vista Point, we found ourselves near a golf course and decide to head there. We reached the Presido Club House and the place was quite classy that we thought it maybe a private club. I can't remember what is the reason we did not play on the green, either it is very expensive or it's private.
O.. i think it's more like expensive cause now i recall that we did not get a lot of balls (I think it's like US$10 for 40balls?) at the range but decide to 'swing swing' since we are already here. Surrounded with trees and slope down green pasture, it was a nice driving range, unlike Singapore where you can see the net being fenced up at a rectangular shape.
