Guardian Hair Mud & Phyto Phytokarite Ultra Nourishing Mask

I used to have a Kerastase 6-7steps Hair Treatment package with About Hair at Boat Quay, each session cost around $180, as my hair was long and really thick. It was good but i find it quite expensive for me since am not working now, i better look for alternative home treatment. My hair used to be really dry and frizzy till my ex superior advised me to do something to my hair... Haha that was how 'bo chap' i was years ago.

My bf likes silky hair.. i mean who don't so i decide to do some proper treatment on my own and hope to achieve wonderful results. My hair texture has improve but still can be better.

Recently i bought the Guardian Hair Mud, $6.95 followed by Phyto Phytokarite Ultra Nourishing Mask, $56 after reading the reviews from Women's Weekly Feb 08.

I like the Guardian Hair Mud instantly after i rinse my hair, feels so smooth and the price is soooo affordable for such good results. Since it's only $6.95, i don't feel the pinch scooping up big amount of the mud and sparingly apply it to my hair. I strongly recommend this Hair Mud from Guardian Pharmacy.

Yesterday, Joelle treat Chelsia and me for a full body scrub and foot massage over at Ananda Spa @ Paragon, should have bring the Hair Mud along and we can apply it at the steam room for better results. After the spa, went over to Wala Wala @ Holland V for dinner and i passed by Sasa.. and there goes again... spend over $100 buying the Phyto mask, body shower gel (with wonderful chinese medicine like wolfberries, ginseng, etc which i will update later), mask..

Tried the Phtyo mask, cause it cost $56, i didn't scoop up as much as wat i did with the Guardian Hair Mud :P. It didn't feel that smooth compare to Guardian's but hair does feel soft. Since it said used it regularly compare with Guardian's once a week, i will start using the Phyto mask everyday for a week.

If after a week and i can see the improvement in my hair, i may switch my present home treatment (Redken All Soft Silk Fuel, $50 for 5 doses/sachet) to Phyto cos i think Phyto can last me for like 15 rinse and it will be more cost effective compare to Redken.

Phytokarite Ultra Nourishing Mask - an intense treatment mask that helps repair and rejuvenate very dry and damanged hair. The naturally rich ingredients of shea butter, cashew and pastel oils are loaded with essential fatty acids to nourish hair from within. A wood cellulose derivative with water-binding properties helps maintain hair's moisture balance while hydrolyzed keratin coats hair and makes it easier to detangle. Added tocopherol (vit E) a well know antioxidant, helps protect hair from external stress factors leaving hair feeling replenised, soft and shiny.

Guardian Hair Mud - contains black fresh water sily that is rich in nutrients for hair. It strengthens your hair to fight off fly aways, split ends and hair-raising static. It also contains wheat germ oil that is rich in vitamins to enhance conditioning. ( I like that the Guardian house product has this 100% money back guarantee which means they are pretty confident with their product but am also wonder how easy it is to get back my money if i'm not satisfised. I mean its a good effort cause it is quite a common practice over in States but not in Singapore which i hope more brands or product will do that.)
